Technological process For Vertical Mill

Vertical mill grinding process integrates drying, grinding, powder selection, and conveying equipment into a compact and space-saving system. This innovative system boasts low noise levels, high grinding efficiency, and a small footprint. The grinding process begins with feeding raw materials with a certain moisture content into the vertical roller mill from the top or bottom. The material is then crushed and ground between the grinding rollers and the grinding disc.

Simultaneously, waste heat gases from the kiln preheater or cooler, along with ambient air, enter the mill from the bottom, providing heat for drying and grinding. The airflow, generated by an exhaust fan, creates a negative pressure within the mill, lifting the powdered material to the top of the mill. Here, an integrated powder selection machine (separator) separates the coarse powder, which is then recirculated for further grinding, while the fine powder is carried by the airflow into a dust collector, achieving the separation of material and gas. The purified gas is subsequently discharged after dust removal.

This efficient and space-saving process not only ensures the production of finely ground raw materials but also minimizes environmental impact by effectively capturing and treating waste gases.
